The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is already forwarded for sanction of the post of a Lecturer with respondent No.3-institution. The proposal is pending with respondent No.2.

In case, the said proposal is pending before respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik, then the Dy. Director of Education shall forward it alongwith the report to respondent No.1, within a period of two months from today.

2 W.P. No. 14327/2019 Respondent No.1 upon receipt of the said proposal shall take decision upon it, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably, within a period of four months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
