Heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the enhancement is about more than five times. The applicant is already permitted to withdraw 50% deposited amount i.e. 35% of the entire amount as directed by the Reference Court.

The present application is moved for withdrawal of amount for the purpose of marriage of the daughter of the applicant. 4.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw further 25% amount out of deposited 70% amount along with accrued interest thereon subject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. CA is disposed of.
