The petitioner is not a member of Gram Panchayat. 2] The respondent no.3 is the Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat. Now the petitioner after the lapse of 4 years is challenging the validity issued in favour of respondent no.3. We could have considered the case had the petitioner contested the election against respondent no.3 or was a member of Gram Panchayat. Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is voter of the Ward from where respondent no.3 is elected. The petitioner is not concerned to that extent so as to challenge the validity issued in favour of respondent no.3.
