Heard both the sides. By the order dated 19.08.2023 in the writ petition filed by the respondent No.1 herein, we had directed the present applicant who was the respondent No.2 therein to conduct necessary hearing and decide the complaint filed by the petitioner on 24.05.2023 within a period of twelve weeks. By way of this application he is now seeking extension of time.

Perusal of the application reveals that though the order was passed on 19.08.2023, the first hearing was conducted on 18.10.2023 and then on 25.10.2023. The application is conspicuously silent about what hearing actually took place on both those days. The matter was apparently lastly fixed for hearing on 08.11.2023 since the time was expiring by 11.11.2023. Now again a request is being made to extend the time.

By way of last chance, we extend the time to take appropriate decision on the complaints of the original petitioner (respondent No.1 herein) in any case within four weeks. 4.

Civil application is disposed of.
