The petitioner impugns the transfer order dated 30.5.2016. Earlier Writ Petition was filed challenging the said transfer order by the petitioner bearing W.P.No.7754/2016. The same was disposed of on 7.10.2016, directing the Respondents thatif petitioner tenders representation for posting him at the original place, the Zilla Parishad shall consider the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the same was not considered, as such the petitioner has filed the instant petition.

This Court on 19.1.2017, had directed the petitioner to join

his services at the place of transfer.

Pursuant to the said order, it is submitted that the petitioner has joined at the transferred place on 20.1.2017. 5.

Learned counsel states that the salary is not been paid to the petitioner. Mr. Mote, learned counsel submits that since 20.1.2017, the petitioner would be entitled for the salary and the same would be paid.

Mr.Sanap, learned counsel submits that Respondents be directed to pay salary from June 2016. According to Mr.Mote, learned counsel, the petitioner has not worked during this period. 7.

The petitioner may make an application with the authority with regard to the grievance about the salary. The Respondent authority shall consider the said application and pass orders on it preferably within three (3) months from the receipt of the application.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
