1) Notice. Learned counsel for the original claimant waives notice. These applications are filed for transposing the State Government and the Special Land Acquisition Officer who are arrayed as respondents in the matter, as appellants. As the State has no conflicting interest as against the acquiring body the applications are allowed. Amendment to be carried out immediately.

2) Heard both the sides on delay condonation applications. In view of the contents of the applications and the submission made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Notice in appeal. It is waived by the respondents. Call record and proceeding. Stand over to 5th April 2016.
