The petitioner is terminated from the service. The petitioner has already filed an Appeal before the School Tribunal, the same is subjudice. The relief claimed in the present matter would depend upon the decision in the Appeal filed by the petitioner before the School Tribunal. 3.

The petitioner can also agitate all the aspects relevant to the matter before the School Tribunal.

In case, Appeal filed by the petitioner before the School Tribunal is allowed, then the
