The office of the District Superintendent of Police, Dhule has already issued an order for granting police protection to the Petitioner/Grampanchayat for constructing a cremation ground. However, the said order is not being implemented. The Petitioner only prays that the inaction on the part of the office of the District Superintendent of Police, Dhule, should be done away with.

The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions that the arrangement for giving police protection to the Petitioner would be made within five days from today.
