The motion is made for modification of the order dated 12.10.2022.

By this application the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 12.10.2022 passed in Writ Petition No. 10515 of 2022. 3.

The applicant prays to modify the said order to the extent of substituting under Section 34 (4) of the National Highways Act, 1956 (for short "Act, 1956") with under Section 19 (1)(c) of the Maharashtra Highway Act, 1955.

In view of the submission, the motion is accepted. Necessary correction be carried out in para Nos. 1 and 3 of the said order and the corrected copy of the order be uploaded.

In view thereof, the Civil Application No. 13373 of 2025 is allowed.
