Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel holding for the respondent/acquiring body. 2.

In similarly situated case this Court by order dated 20.10.2023 passed in Civil Application No. 12755 of 2023 in First Appeal No. 2451 of 2021 allowed the applicants to withdraw further 25% amount deposited in this Court. There is no ground to take a different view. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The applications are allowed.

(ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 25% amount of the compensation deposited in this Court with accrued interest thereon on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar ( Judicial) of this Court.
