Learned counsel for respondents no. 3 and 4 states that there is one vacancy in the school run by them for the post sought by the petitioner and decision would be taken in respect of his application for appointment on compassion within a period of four weeks.

If respondents appoint petitioner on compassionate ground, proposal for approval of the same be submitted to the Education Officer, to be decided by him earnestly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the proposal.
