The petitioner has already filed a reference before the Arbitrator for enhancement of compensation. According to Mr. Sabnis, learned Counsel for the petitioner, the same is pending since the year 2015.

Mr. Dhongde, learned Counsel for respondents No. 4 & 5 submits that the Authority would decide it in accordance with law.

Considering the fact that the reference is pending since the year 2015 before the Arbitrator, the Arbitrator shall endeavour to decide it expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months after the petitioner takes steps in the matter.
