None present for the applicant. Heard learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0144/2023, registered with Chandanzira Police Station, Taluka and District Jalna, for the offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
By order dated 09/11/2023, this Court granted interim protection to the applicant, noting the submission in paragraph No.3 as under : - "3.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that there are disputes betweent he applicant and informant who are siblings. It is submitted that there is no allegation against the present applicant of using any weapon or causing actual assault. According to him, possibility of over implication cannot be ruled out. In view of these fact, liberty of the applicant is protected till prosecution is heard in the matter..." 4.
The learned APP submits that in the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. by three eye-witnesses, the name of the present applicant has not been mentioned as one of the assailants. 1 of
954 ABA 1921-2023 5.
Considering the submission that the applicant's name is not mentioned in the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the interim protection granted by order dated 09/11/2023 is confirmed. 6.
In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms:- i] In the event the applicant is arrested in connection with FIR No.0144/2023, registered with Chandanzira Police Station, Taluka and District Jalna, for the offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
ii] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when called by the police.
iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 7.
In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 2 of
954 ABA 1921-2023 8.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 9.
The application stands disposed of.
