This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the State of Maharashtra in the office of this Court. 3.

Learned Advocate for the appellants relied upon the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 8649 of 2024 in First appeal No. 4772 of 2023 dated 16.8.2024. In view of said order, this Court inclines to pass following order :-

O R D E R

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the office of this court, alongwith accrued interest,on furnishing usual undertaking.

(iii) Further 25% amount deposited is permitted to be withdrawn alongwith interest, on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court; (iv) Remaining amount be deposited in Fixed Deposit in any nationalized Bank to be renewed from time to tile, till final disposal of the main appeal.

(v) The application is accordingly disposed of.
