Heard.

The application for transfer is opposed on the ground that the proceedings are taken out pursuant to territorial jurisdiction as could be inferred from the cause of action as has been alleged. 2.

It is not in dispute that already other proceedings, at the behest of the present applicant, particularly arising out of matrimonial proceedings,

mca4.17 (2) viz. criminal prosecution is pending at Ahmedpur. 3.

In view thereof, Misc. Civil Application, though opposed on behalf of the respondent, stands allowed. Accordingly, Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-126/2016, pending before the learned Family Court at Nashik, stands transferred to the Court of Judge Senior Division at Parbhani. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
