Heard Mr Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants-petitioners.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel submits that he is not pressing prayer for amendment to the writ petition, but he prays for early hearing of the petition. Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel submits that the petitioners, who are in their advanced age, are awaiting decision of the petition, which

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel then submits that the issue involved in the petition, namely, challenge to the order dated 7th July, 2004 and 7th July, 2007 was before this Court in Writ Petition NO.8535 of 2011 and the Division Bench of this Court, vide judgment and order dated 13th November, 2017 allowed the petition. He then submits that the issue involved in the petition is squarely covered by the judgment and order passed by this Court. 4.

In view of submissions of Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel, post the petition for final hearing on 20th December, 2017.
