Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant (original claimant). Learned AGP present for respondents No.2 and 3. Perused application. It appears that applicant did not remove objection notified by the Registrar of this Court resulting into the refusal of registration of appeal. Learned counsel for applicant undertakes to remove the office objection within four weeks. He prayed to restore the appeal. 2.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application and submission advanced at bar, there is no impediment to allow the application. Accordingly, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. The delay caused for filing present application is hereby condoned. The impugned order dated 28-08-2012 regarding registration for not removing the office objection within stipulated period is hereby recalled. The proceedings of First Appeal (Stamp) No.

2 942-CA-5788-17 15364 of 2012 be restored at its original stage subject to condition that applicant to remove office objections notified on behalf of Registrar within period of four weeks from the date of restoration of said proceedings, failure to which, the present order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. 3.

The application stands disposed of in above terms accordingly.
