DATE : 05.12.2019 P.C. :- Mr. Narwadkar the learned advocate for the respondent no.3, the learned A.G.P. for respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Thombre the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-society is similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 8886 of 2018 with connected Writ Petitions decided under the judgment and order dated 05.11.2018. 2.

In light of that we follow the same course.

The board may consider the application of the petitioner for grant of affiliation. It may conduct the inspection and may take decision on the application of the petitioner for affiliation on its own merits considering all

In case the decision is taken in favour of the petitioner by the respondent then that will enure to the benefit of the petitioner for the next academic year 2020-2021 as may be permissible according to the perspective plan. Writ Petition is disposed of.
