Heard learned Mr. Kamble, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. and Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4.

Mr. Thombre, the learned Advocate submits that grievance committee has been constituted and the grievance committee can deal with the matter. In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the grievance committee.

3.

If the petitioner approaches the grievance committee, the grievance committee shall decide the case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

4.

All contentions are kept open.
