After arguing the matter for some time, the learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that, the proceedings before the Divisional Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Latur be expedited which are pending since the year 2016 and the ad-interim order granted while issuing notice on 20 December 2016 and which is continued from time to time, be continued till the disposal of the proceedings.

The Divisional Registrar Co-operative Societies, Latur is directed to dispose of the proceedings pending before him within a period of six months from today. The ad-interim order granted in this petition to continue till the disposal of the appeal. The writ petition is disposed of as above, keeping all the contentions of the parties on merits kept open.
