We have heard Mr.Salunke, advocate for the petitioner and Mr.Jagatkar, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4.

The petitioner has been transferred to Aurangabad District after having worked in a tribal area. Aurangabad District is the posting as per the choice of the petitioner. In

Aurangabad District, petitioner seeks appointment in Gangapur Taluka, whereas the Respondents have appointed petitioner in Vaijapur Taluka of Aurangabad District. The same appears to be in accordance with the Circular dated 11.7.2000, relied by the petitioner.

The petitioner states that there is one post still available at Gangapur. It is for the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider their administrative convenience and appoint the petitioner at an appropriate place. If the representation of the petitioner is pending, the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 may take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
