Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that post issuance of notice and after the order dated 11.10.2018 was passed by this Court, the petitioner is absorbed in another school. Copy of the order dated 14.01.2019 passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, is placed on record in support of the submission. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Learned counsel for petitioner has also invited our attention to the order passed by Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 10861/2015 to submit that as the petitioner is identically circumstances, directions be issued to the Education Officer, to address the issue of salary of petitioner. 3.

In view of absorption of petitioner as well as order passed by Division Bench of this Court in Writ petition No. 10861/2015, we

As such, it is expected of the respondent-Education Officer to address the issue of salary of petitioner, needless to state on merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from today and insure that the salary is received by the petitioner. 5.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
