The petition was filed under section 163A of Motor Vehicle Act and as per the scheduled dependents of the deceased driver are entitled to withdraw amount Rs.3,67,000/-.

In view of this, permission is granted to withdraw Rs.3,67,000/- along with interest. Disbursement is to be
