CORAM :

S.V. GANGAPURWALA AND V.L. ACHLIYA, JJ.

DATE :

21st DECEMBER, 2017 PER COURT :- Mr. N.L. Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had tried to fill-up online examination forms for the examination of '' Teachers Aptitude Intelligence Test 2017''. However, the website could not be opened and conditions could not be complied. The petitioners be given opportunity to appear for the examination. Today is last day and petitioners are ready to comply with all the conditions.

2.

Mr. A. R. Nikam, the learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that the petitioners have not yet filled-up examination forms and today is the last day for examination.

It is not possible to fill-up examination forms and to verify the documents and also allow the petitioners to appear for examination. The examinations are held every six months. 3.

It is not disputed that today is last day for appearing for on-line examination of the '' Teachers Aptitude Intelligence Test 2017''. The petitioners have not yet filled-up the examination forms. Respondent No.2 will have to verify the examination forms and documents annexed thereto and then allow the petitioners to appear for examination. 4.

According to respondent No.2, it is not feasible in a day. Even otherwise, the petitioners can appear for said examination after six months. Considering the fact that it is not feasible for the respondents to allow the petitioners to appear for examination today. The Court cannot give aid to the petitioners.

5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
