It is not disputed that from 27th March, 2014, to 31st December, 2015, the petitioner was under suspension and subsequently upon his acquittal the petitioner is reinstated. 2.

The management will have to take decision with regard to the period of suspension and thereafter shall accordingly forward the proposal to the Joint Director, Higher Education.

The management shall take decision within six weeks and commensurate with the decision the proposal shall be accordingly forwarded by the management.
