Proceedings in respect of Tribe Validity Certificate are pending. The petitioner has completed his internship after completing M.B.B.S. Degree Course. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has to serve for the bond period and for that purpose Internship Completion Certificate is required. Earlier, the proceedings were disposed of on the ground that the caste certificate was not obtained from the competent authority. Now, it has been obtained from the competent authority to submit to the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Verification Committee.

2 W.P. No. 14326/2019 Considering the above, we pass the following order. 2.

The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Verification Committee, Aurangabad, shall decide the tribe validity proceedings of the petitioner, preferably, within six weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Verification Committee, Aurangabad, on 5th December, 2019.

Respondents No. 2 & 3 shall not refuse to issue the Internship Completion Certificate only on the ground that the Tribe Validation proceedings of the petitioner are pending. However, the Degree Certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner unless and until the petitioner has produced the Tribe Validity Certificate. 4.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
