Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, upon instructions, makes a motion that if the applicant is protected for a period of two weeks from today, he will withdraw the present application and approach the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail, in view of filing of charge-sheet. The proposition appears to be fair and not objected by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

In view of above, interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court to the applicant on 23rd December, 2015 is extended for a period of two weeks from today. Criminal Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Trial Court before whom the trial is pending with a prayer for grant of regular bail.
