O R D E R

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the Appellant alongwith Appellant, Mr. Dnyaneshwar Eknath Lohar and Mr. Gatne learned Counsel for the respondents alongwith Mr. Khan, Assistant Manager of Insurance Company are present. 2.

The parties have settled the claim amicably. It is agreeable that the respondent/Insurance Company shall pay an amount of Rs.4,11,400/- as awarded by the Member of MACT, Jalgaon by impugned judgment and award towards full and final settlement of the claim.

The respondent/Insurance Company shall deposit an amount of Rs.4,11,400/- within a period of six weeks from today before the MACT, Jalgaon.

914.FA-1822-2023 -24.

On depositing the amount, the appellant shall be at liberty to withdraw the same alongwith accrued interest if any. 5.

We have verified that the appellant is agreeable for the settlement as recorded today. It is agreed by the appellant and his Counsel to waive the interest.

In terms of this settlement, the appeal stands disposed of. 7.

The Court fees be refunded as per rules.

An award be drawn up accordingly.
