We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader for respondents No.1 to 4 and Mr. Kadethankar, the learned Counsel for respondent No.5. Limited grievance of the petitioner is that though she has filed an appeal alongwith the stay petition, the same is not decided yet. The hearing was scheduled on 18th November 2019; but the hearing was not conducted.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the election programme is declared and the election for the post held by the petitioner is scheduled on 8th December, 2019. 3.

Considering the exigency in the matter, respondent No.3 shall decide at least the stay petition filed by the petitioner on or before 7th December 2019, of course, in accordance with law. 4.
