IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 1 CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 1735 OF 2018 SANDIP S/O. VITHALRAO MADNE

VERSUS

JAYSHRI W/O. SANDIP MADNE .....

Advocate for the Petitioner : Mr. Bagal Suraj R. .....

CORAM :

Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.

DATE :

15.04.2025 P.C.:- 1.

Advocate Mr. Bagal Suraj the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a statement that on 08.05.2019 the learned Family Court, Nanded finally disposed of the petition, however, presently copy of the said judgment is not available with him.

2.

Needless to say that on 07.12.2018 the petitioner has filed present petition challenging the order dated 11.09.2018 passed below Exh.5 in petition E-55/2018 by the Family Court, Nanded, thereby directing the present petitioner to pay interim maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month to the respondent/wife.

3.

Since the impugned order is in respect of interim maintenance, therefore, this Court checked the case status on-line with e-courts services and it has been revealed that on 08.05.2019 the main petition E-55/2018 has already been disposed off on merit. The status report of e-court is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

( 2 ) 1 ci wp 1735.18 4.

Since the main petition has already been disposed off, therefore the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. [Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.] mub
