The appeal is filed by the petitioner challenging her disqualification as a Sarpanch. It is submitted that the appeal is pending. The stay petition filed therein is not being heard. 2.

Considering the above, the Authority, where the appeal alongwith the stay petition is pending, shall endeavour to decide the stay petition at least, expeditiously, preferably, within 15 days from the date of the formation of the new Government. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
