Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the claim of the petitioner is pending for Vigilance Cell inquiry and along with the petitioner's claim his relatives' claim is also under consideration before the Committee. On instructions, he makes a statement that the Committee will decide the claim within six weeks from today. 2.

We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court and dispose of the contempt petition. If the time stipulation is not adhered to, the same will be treated as aggravated form of contempt.
