Mr. Phatale, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that even hearing has been conducted by the Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee in August 2019, however, decision is not taken as yet.

The learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader submits that now the Forum has been changed and re-hearing has to take place.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar, on 5th December 2019. The Committee shall thereafter decide the Tribe Validation proceedings of the petitioner within a period of three months. 4.

Respondent No.2 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner on the ground that the Tribe Validation proceedings are still pending.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
