The Petitioners are working as the Assistant Teachers in Respondent Nos.8 to 11 - School. Their appointments are approved by respective Education Offcers i.e. Respondent Nos.4 to

7. Their proposal for inclusion of their names in the 'Sharalth Pranali' is forwarded by Respondent Nos.4 to 7 to Respondent Nos.2 and 3, who are the Deputy Directors of Pune and Nashik Divisions, respectively and the same are pending. 2.

According to the learned Advocate for the Petitioners that, the law is well settled that, the Deputy Director cannot refuse to enter the names of the Assistant Teachers in the 'Sharalth ID' once their appointments are approved by the Education Offcer.

The learned Addl. GP appears for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Advocate Mr. Rane appears for Respondent No.9. 4.

None appears for Respondent Nos.4 to 8, 10 and 11 despite service.

Since the proposal of the Petitioners is pending with Respondent Nos.2 and 3 and no decision is taken till date, we direct Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the Petitioners' proposal on its own merits in accordance with law, within a period of six [6] weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
