Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner is affected in road widening, but acquisition proceedings are not initiated. 2.

Mr More, learned Advocate for respondent no.3 submits that in fact, respondent no.3 had called for the documents. The petitioner has not yet supplied the measurement sheet (map).

The parties can get joint measurement done. Pursuant thereto, the further process shall be made. The joint measurement shall be done within a period of two months. If the land of the petitioner is affected, further steps shall be taken by the respondents within a period of three months thereafter. 4.

Writ Petiton disposed of. No costs.
