The non-applicants are not disputing this fact. 3.

In that view of the matter permission is granted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body along with interest accrued thereon, if any.

The Registry is directed to verify the consent afdavits of the parties and on such verifcation the proper steps may be taken for permitting to the claimants to withdraw the amount. 5.
