Pursuant to the earlier orders passed by this Court, on 29.7.2015 and 29.9.2015 in Writ Petition No.3576 of 2013 and Civil Application No.12175 of 2015, the CGIT-Cum-Labour Court, Mumbai-1 was directed to register the case of the applicant and to adjudicate upon the said reference.

The applicant is before this Court stating that since the position of Presiding Officer, CGIT-Cum-Labour Court, Mumbai-1 is vacant and CGITCum-Labour Court, Mumbai-2 is available, the matter, which has been time bound by this Court, be transmitted to the available CGIT-CumLabour Court, Mumbai-2. 3.

In the light of the above, this application is disposed off by permitting the applicant to move an application before the CGIT-CumLabour Court, Mumbai-2 for taking up the proceeding No. CGIT-1 of 2015. Since the applicant is above 57 years old and since no loss or harm or prejudice would be caused to the respondents, I am granting the liberty as above to the applicant. Needless to state the learned CGIT-CumLabour Court, Mumbai-2 shall ensure that the respondent Bank is duly informed about the proceedings being taken up by the said Court. ( RAVINDRA V.
