The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that when the petitioners had approached this Court, the respondent No.4 was moving towards laying a new SasegaonSalegaon Road under the Mukhya Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (Chief Minister'

s Rural Roads Programme). This Court had not granted any interim relief to the petitioners and during the pendency of this petition, the road was fully laid and is functional. The petitioners, therefore, desire to withdraw this petition and take recourse to a remedy as is available to them since they contend that their agricultural lands have been

As such, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. 3.

The petitioners may take recourse to a remedy, as may be permissible in law. We have not expressed any opinion about the merits of their case. In the event of any delay, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 10.12.2018 till the passing of this order would be a good ground for condonation of delay.
