Perused application and reasons for delay of 216 days caused in filing Civil Application.

The learned Advocate submits that inadvertently he could not remove office objections and undertakes to remove the same within a period of two weeks from today.

Considering submissions advanced and reasons as stated in application, application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C) subject to condition that applicants remove office objections within a period of two weeks. In case of non-removal of office objections, order dated 02.05.2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall govern the proceeding.
