Issue notice to Respondent Nos.5 to 8 returnable on 22.09.2017. The Petitioners shall publish the notice in Marathi daily "Lokmat", Aurangabad Edition, at least 10 days prior to the returnable date, at their own costs and place the copy of the newspaper on record.
