There is innocuous prayer in the Petition, in as much as, directions are sought to Respondent No.2 to decide the representations dated 14th October, 2016 and 24th October, 2016 filed by the petitioner.

We direct Respondent No.2 to decide the aforementioned two representations, if already not decided, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably

Needless to observe that, if Respondent No.2 wishes to hear the petitioner and Management, Respondent No.2 can issue notice to them and after hearing them and after perusal of the service record of the petitioner can pass the appropriate orders.
