This is an application for condonation of delay of 103 days in filing the civil application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record as well as to permit the applicants to bring the legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record and abatement order, if any, may kindly be set aside, for which, the learned advocate for the respondent No.1 has given no objection.

Having considered the no-objection as well as grounds disclosed in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(B),(C)&(C-1).
