Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petition was filed raising the grievance of non-compliance of the interim order passed by this Court. He further submitted that during the pendency of the present contempt petition, the writ petition itself is

38.19cp (2) decided and as such, he be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition. He places on record the final order dated 1st July, 2019, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.3618 of 2017 and Writ Petition No.4197 of 2017.

In view of aforesaid submission of learned Counsel for the petitioners, the contempt petition is allowed to be withdrawn and same is disposed of as withdrawn.
