The hearing of Hindu Marriage Petition No.12 of 2014 and Civil Misc. Application No. 6 of 2014 is expedited.

Present respondent shall deposit amount of Rs.500/-, in addition to Rs.500/-, which is already directed to be paid before the Court of Civil

257.16mca (2) Judge, Senior Division, Newasa on each date of hearing, which amount to be paid to the applicant. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondent, upon instructions, makes a statement that all arrears of Rs.4000/- towards conveyance charges of Rs.500/- as ordered will be cleared within a period of two weeks from today.

The statement is accepted in the form of undertaking.

Single default on the part of respondent in payment of Rs.500/- + Rs.500/- = Rs.1000/- towards conveyance charges and out of pocket expenses will entail the applicant to approach again before this Court.
