Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the non-applicant No.3.

By the present application, the applicants prayed for modification of order dated 26.03.2024 passed in Civil Application No.1639 of 2024 to the extent of distribution of equal shares of the compensation amount which has been permitted to withdraw as per order dated 26.03.2024.

It is not in dispute that the present applicants and nonapplicant No.3 are having equal shares in the compensation amount, therefore, the applicants as well as non-applicant No.3 will have entitled to withdraw the equal amount out of 50% of compensation under order granted on 26.03.2024.

The applicants and the non-applicant No.3 shall furnish their bank account details with the Registry of this Court. On furnishing the bank details, the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall credit the equal amount in their individual accounts. 5.
