The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent nos.03 and 04 to decide the complaints filed by him on 10.05.2016 and 21.09.2016, in respect of work done of excavation for pipeline under Water Supply Scheme at village Puri, Taluka Gangapur, District Aurangabad. It is stated that the officers in Water Supply Department, Engineers, Water Supply Committee and contractor, in collusion, have given wrong and incorrect information and have misappropriated lacs of rupees. The petitioner is seeking direction for re-verification of the said work when has been done.

We, therefore, direct respondent nos.03 and 04 to decide complaints made by the petitioner on 10.05.2016 and 21.09.2016, on merits and in

(3) W.P. No. 0220 of 2017 accordance with law, expeditiously and within four weeks, by appointing new Enquiry Committee for the said purpose.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
