On perusal of the FIR, we prima facie find that the ingredients of the offences alleged against the petitioner have been disclosed in the FIR.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was present in the school and there was no question of his presence at the place of incident. This plea can be taken by way of defence in the trial Court and not before this Court. No case is made out for quashing the FIR. In the circumstances, the criminal writ petition stands rejected.
