It has been pointed out that all parties to the appeal are not related to each other and therefore statement in paragraph no. 3 of the order is inconsistent.

I have considered the application and mistake is obvious and needs to be corrected. In 5th line of paragraph no. 3 instead of "parties" the words "majority of the parties" shall be substituted. 4.

Necessary correction be carried out and a fresh order be uploaded. 5.

Motion is disposed of.
