Mr. Golewar, the learned counsel for petitioners states that, after filing present writ petition, the salary of petitioner Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 has been paid. The salary of the petitioner No. 3/Sonal D/o Baburao Pansare is not paid, as the name of said petitioner No. 3 is not included in the Samaj Sevarth Pranali. The Assistant Commissioner has recommended for inclusion of name of the petitioner No. 3 in the said Samaj Sevarth Pranali to the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Office and the State Government. The authorities shall take decision on the said recommendation (Exhibit R - 3) page 49 expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today and

2 wp 345.17 thereafter the cause of the petitioner No. 3 for payment of salary shall be processed expeditiously. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
