This court in earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner bearing Writ Petition No. 147 of 2017 under order dated 9th January, 2017, had directed the committee to decide the appeal within three (3) months.

It is stated that the said order is not complied and the appeal is not yet decided.

When the order is already passed directing the committee to decide the appeal, a subsequent writ petition for the same purpose would not be tenable.

We expect the committee to decide the said appeal as directed expeditiously. If the appeal is not being decided as directed, the petitioner can take up appropriate proceedings. 6.
